If things are handled right, the world may never know the intimate details of her gender tests.
Sadly, it's all too late for the teenager whose worst offense seems to be that she believes she's a woman while the people who look at how fast she runs can't believe she's not a man.

On the eve of the Transgender Day of Remembrance, Ontario MPP Cheri DiNovo has introduced a private member's bill to amend the human rights code to recognize "gender identity."
"Toby's Law," named after a trans person at DiNovo's church who committed suicide, would ensure transgendered people are given the same basic rights as all other Ontarians, she said.
The NDP MPP put her bill before the legislature in 2007, but it suffered the fate of most private member's bills and disappeared.
This time we hope the government acts -Cheri DiNovo
